Summer of 2023 I bought a new Triple axle Karavan trailer from Dave. First of all it was better than all other trailers in its class. Dave made the experience awesome and exceeded all of my requirements. I towed my 28 boat to Alaska and back later that summer. On the return trip one of the tires was wearing prematurely on the outside edge. I contacted Dave and he got me help from Karavan right away. On the way back through Washington I stopped in at Karavan. Within a few hours the replaced an entire axle with brand new tires and wheels and had me back on the road. Nowadays it is rare to find businesses that do the right thing. Both Dave at Kitsap Marine and Karavan trailers went above and beyond to not only correct the problem but to do it on the spot and get me headed back home in a timely manner.
